We are pleased to present the needlework art of Lee McLeron, a good friend and former Featured Artist on Discover Port Townsend.com, who sadly passed away last fall.

Early on in Lee’s career she trained with a Master Teacher from the Royal School of Needlework in London, England and later become a certified needlework judge and teacher herself.  Her work has shown in galleries throughout the world and most recently in Mississippi, Massachusetts, and in a special showing at Northwind Art in Port Townsend in 2019 where she was very well-received. Lee’s family has several pieces from her collection and would like to find good homes for the needlework she was so dedicated to creating for over 4o years.
